My shoes I ordered are so hot & I only paid $10 a piece for them! Just don't love doing a membership so I may still cancel it.

The heel felt awkward as if I was sliding. I don't know if my weight played a factor, I'm 5'10 220lb. I wanted to return them, but I want to give them another try and if I still feel as if I'm sliding, I will give them away.

I never like to return to any company. Seems to always be an hassle. I have even purchased from companies and the tell me the never got my return so there for no refund. Money wasted. Shoedazzle made it really simple to return. Free return. Thank you.

It's been almost a month and still have not received my order. Tracking says it's been stuck in another province for three weeks and hasn't left. Pretty disappointed.

I was waiting for my nieces order for 3 weeks! I called several timess regarding my order and was told to wait. My order was sitting in a location for over 11 days, and come to find out it was returned back due to damage. They never updated the tracking information nor did they email me regarding the status. When I asked for a refund the rep add it as an account credit instead of putting it back onto my card. Now I'm waiting for a check for my refund for almost 2 weeks. I will never order from them again!

It's been months since I could find something worhty of this subscription. Since I kept getting crdits because I forgot to cancel my subscription months ago, I found random things, probably not worth my $ but only way I would feel better that I got something with the money already given to this company than to get nothing for $200.
Canceling subscription for sure this time.

All 4 out of 4 of the shoes I bought didn't fit, 2 were too big. 2 were returned and the they sent a size smaller but I got it and it didn't fit either so I'm sending them back for the 2nd time. Then the 2 pairs of boots I got said final sale once I received them and they're are a whole size to small so they'll never fit me.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
