Right after ordering a pair of shoes from Shoebacca, I found another pair on Amazon for $20 cheaper. I followed Shoebacca's Price Match instructions and sent out the email with my order number. The next day I received a response email giving me instructions on how to file the Price Match. Since I already filed/emailed the price match, I thought why didn't they send a confirmation? So I called customer service. They explained it was an automated email response and the price will take 3-5 days to process... I waited the 3-5 days and nothing. I called customer service back and they then informed me that the price match was not valid because they do NOT price match from sites like Amazon. Per their rules: #3: We do not price match against either auction sites or membership clubs including but not limited to eBay or Sam's Club. They explained that Amazon is NOT a membership site... I told them I don't have Prime or a membership with Amazon. They then said since set up an email account with Amazon, it's now considered "membership"... I told them so every e-commerce site that I purchase goods from is considered a "membership" site because they require me to setup an account to purchase goods. Customer service told me they will price match with sites like Zappos. I told them that's the same thing as Amazon. Actually its owned by Amazon.
I tried to then purchase the shoes on Amazon and now they are no longer available.

I have purchased a few items from Shoebacca and found they are a reputable online seller who does a good job. Items are shipped within a reasonable amount of time, considering all the difficulties these days, and arrive well packaged, in new condition, as described, and returns are easy. They also offer better sale prices. No problems.

I found the same shoes here, slightly at a cheaper price and ordered for the first time. Worked great! Received the shoes after 3 days. In a perfect condition. It works.
They sent me broken shoes and then had the nerve to charge me for returning them. First and last purchase I'll make.

I have ordered shoes from Shoebacca a few times before and had no issues. This time around was a bit different. The first pair I ordered had one of the lace eyes tore off when I was first lacing the shoe, so I returned it and ordered another pair, no issue at that point. The second pair of shoes (same brand/style as the first) arrived, and the exact same thing happened... a different lace eye tore right off the first time lacing them up. I did the second return (again no issues with the returns), and ordered a 3rd pair of shoes, this time with no laces and a Velcro flap wanting to avoid the whole lace issue. After about a week I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled with no explanation whatso ever. When I called in to enquire, I was told they "think" they are out of stock. So now after a month and three, well almost three, pairs of shoes... I am forced to look elsewhere for shoes.

I got the item. I had ordered one brand that I was familiar with in a XL size. I received another brand that was not familiar with marked xxl but it is clearly not. It is more like xl only.
