So happy! I got Cole Haan shoes at clearance prices. One thing that could've made my shopping a better-informed one was in providing a clearer description of the loafers I bought. They were described as "leather", thus leading me to believe they would be smooth, full-grain leather. (The pix were not very clear.) Instead, I received suede leather shoes! While I do love my loafers, I would have preferred to know in advance that they were suede, as this leather requires a lot more care.

I got wonderful boots for a price that was much lower than the stores. Great service!

Shouldn't be required to provide a phone number. Should be allowed to provide zip code before city and state; you should be able to figure city and state from zip (good sites do that).
