Still waiting for a response from Shoebecca regarding a pair of sneakers I need to return and I can't get a hold of anyone!

Item was delivered in a timely manner. It was as described with a high-quality construction. I would suggest that the shoes run about 1/2 size smaller than stated.

I received my products in a timely manner but my products I received was not what I expected, boxes where full of dirt and destroyed along with my shoes and my free item I rewas crushed and also full of dirt and stains as well. I was not happy at all with this one shipment.

Shoebacca bent over backwards to make this a good shopping experience, including discount prices, free shipping and then, unfortunately, free returns. The shoe didn't fit as expected and we had to return it. But so far (waiting for refund) it's been a seamless experience. I'll shop with Shoebacca again.
