Purchased my Chippawa 8 inch steel toe boots - good price - good CS. I have been wearing the same boot for over 40 years - I am retired. I replace my boots every 2 years. Never had a problem - and most importantly I can wear them straight out of the box - no break in period. Shoebacca gave me the best price overall.

Fast shipping, shoes are as described, perfect fit

Delivery good. But the zipper would jam when zipping up the jacket. The jacket had an additional flap that should not be there. I took a siccors and cut it off right next to the zipper. Now it works fine. I really like the jacket and decided to keep it since I could fix it myself.

These were the exact shoes I wanted. The reason that is important, because I originally ordered them from a retail store, and when they arrived, they were a different shoe and did not fit.

I'm disappointed that the shoes I ordered were not true to size. And even more disappointed to find out that I couldn't get my full refund back due to a restocking fee and I also couldn't exchange for a different size.
