I recently purchased a hoodie from shoebacca only for it to be too big for me. The ease of returning was a breeze. I reordered the hoodie in a smaller size and received it in a timely manner. I was only given credit back on my source of payment within a few days. I really wished they had an exchange program where it would be so much easier for customers like us. Keep up the great work that shoebacca does. Bravo!

These Lucchese oxfords are the real deal! And at only $84, I'm impressed by their quality & comfort (though I shouldn't be since the list price was over $600). I have very delicate feet and normally only can wear "comfort" shoes- but I now have stylish yet comfortable shoes.

Well trying to get a shipping label don't have a printer so they send an email to go somewhere to print it usps store charges 8.00 not paying a ridiculous fee. You offer a free shipping label to be sent in the mail still haven't recieved it. Never again will I order from this company again.

I wear a size ten in women and it is very difficult for me to find a shoes that actually fit. These shoes are very exact on my feet with little to no room. I suggest if you have big feet like me to size up.

Going to the retail shops these shoes were so expensive. When I saw them online for this price, I was super excited, but a little worried they might be poor quality or defective. They're not. They're prefect.
