Noticed the tracking for my order had said it was delivered but I never got it. According to the tracking # I should of received it last Tuesday April 11th but still haven't and I've written 2 emails to your customer service over the last 3 days and have heard nothing

I ordered a pair of shoes, they were sent to an address I was no longer staying and Shoebacca refunded the cost of the shoes as I did not receive them. Unheard of these days!
