I've ordered many times and shoebacca has always been five star.

I found the shopping experience, discounts and products to be very good.
I think more detailed descriptions of clothing materials would be beneficial for the shopper.

I got some vegan continental 80 shoes and they're perfect! I was a little skeptical of ordering adidas shoes for a site that's not adidas, but shoebacca proved I should've have no worries ordering from them. They are definitely real adidas came in the adidas box and everything and it came super fast.

I did not receive an email when my order shipped, although the email I received said I would be notified. Took over a week from order date to delivery, but this might be normal. I am spoiled by the delivery service of Amazon Prime.

This was my first time using Shoebacca! I found the shoes I wanted, the price was right, and the shipping was very prompt. And the shoes fit well! Who could ask for more? I'll be back.

It is very difficult to return items to Shoebacca. I saw no way to generate a return label from any email sent. So I had to call customer service. They said a label was sent to the closest UPS store but it was not there and they did not know what I was talking about at UPS. Now it is happening again with another order for which I never received an email at all
