Kinda self explanatory. Like I needed a new shoe. And it's 2021, so I used my so called "smart" phone. And there you were. And now, youll never leave me alone, I already know how this works. Product details were not specific and descriptive enough. 2 slightly different shows by the same brand. Neither the name or the pictures made the difference clear - both tan but 1 had an anchor

I order a size 10 (usually a 9 1/2). It's too big. I called to arrange an exchange for a size 9. They won't do an exchange. So I had to order another shoe size 9 and return one. More of an inconvenience then anything. I also had taken advantage of your $10 off coupon as a first time customer and sadly that went to the size 10 order. So I lost that with the size 9 order unfortunately.

I've always worn the size I've ordered and when these shoes came in I had to triple check everything to make sure the size I ordered was the size I got. Everything checked out. But the shoe is extremely tight. So tight I can't wear them. Which is odd, because I the same brand and size shoe and they were never like this.
