No problems with ordering, package arrived in a timely manner. A little disappointed in the fit the shoes. I've worn 10 1/2s for most of my adult life, but recently thought going to size 11 would feel more comfortable. So I ordered 11s. They feel tighter than most 10 1/2s. They seem to be stretching out, so I think I'll be fine.
