When the shoes were not delivered when I had expected them the task of trying to track the shipment was very frustrating. It was extremely difficult to access or find a customer service with this company. I was about to give up when finally they arrived. They were several days late according to the delivery date.

I bought two pairs of Harley boots for my husband. He is still in Egypt so he hasn't tried them on yet, but the quality of the boots are really nice. The shipping was very fast! I highly recommend this store!
