I received my order in timely fashion and was accurate in what I ordered
My boots arrived sooner than I expected. I'm very pleased with their fit and appearance.
I placed an order Saturday night. I immediately realized I ordered the wrong item. I sent an email to cancel the order a few minutes after realizing the mistake. This was my only choice since it was after business hours and there was no option to cancel my order online. It's now Monday and I have not received a reply to my email so I sign in to check the status of my order and it shows processing. I call customer service and find out they are still trying to catch up on emails from Christmas, 3 weeks ago, and that my order is already being sent out and can't be canceled. This is extremely POOR customer service. I will dispute this with my credit card company and will return the order as soon as I get it. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

Well, I ordered mad dumb super late on a Tuesday night and received by Friday. This Shoebacca ad just happened to randomly pop up on my feed, and by seeing what I saw, I was sold. Like immediately. And also, with the sale they had on my selection, I reeaaally should have grabbed two pairs! To sum it up, I'm a satisfied first time customer and will be back for sure.
Just as promised, I received my order. The shoe size though is one size smaller than my actual size.
