12/8/2024 long story short, ShipStation generated 8 credit card charges totaling $140.01 on my credit cards for which I received ZERO shipping labels or any other services. Despite the exchange of 28 emails with PayPal, ShipStation, AUCTANE personnel and a 23 minute phone call over the next 24hrs, I was still unable to get more than $69.55 refunded. Forced me to dispute 5 credit card charges totaling $70.46
Scam from beginning to end. Misinformation about pricing. No tracking number provided.
Free trial is just a mechanism to get your credit card.
You must cancel on their confusing website which requires multiple steps to cancel.
Of course sales rep doesn't mention you'll be charged if you try to cancel leaving a message for customer service or an email to him. Statements to to spam. They do NOT ever answer their customer service number.

I have a tracking number without information on how to track. I called the company i made the order with no answer, called shipstation no answer.
Worst shipping service and poor choice by PayPal. PayPal clints complain all the time. Try VIP parcel great discounts and best international rates.

Great support, major time saver, a definite help for an online business. I have cut my order processing time in half.
It works fine overall, but sometimes it loads slow or gets stuck in label generating mode. I'm also annoyed that if I load the order, but then fill it form my website (not ShipStation) it doesn't give me an easy option to just mark 'fulfilled'. It needs work for sure.
