I ordered two shirts over 6 weeks ago. Understandable during the pandemic it would take extra time to arrive. However, not one actual person has been able to tell me where my order is. I'm just looking for a refund at this point because it's clear my order will never arrive. Such a scam. I would be very skeptical before ordering anything from She Show.
This is a SCAM! Still have not received my items. I contacted them and they did respond, but lied. I then contacted the carrier who is supposed to be delivering the shipment and they don't know anything about it. Can't provide any info. They told me to contact the company. I did, now they will not respond. Don't waste your time or money!
Ordered two items on same day. Received confirmation email for one item, Customer Service, repeatedly asked for order number for second item. Since I never got a confirmation email for second item, obviously I couldn't provide this. I did
Provide description / size of item and name / address to whom it was to be sent.
Additionally, forwarded proof of two same day VISA charges to Ms Meera Lee, Customer Representative.
Ms Lee never acknowledged receiving these emails, only "sorry we are unable to find your order"
Multiple others have posted similar reviews of lack of customer service response and/or never receiving items.
This site/firm located in China is a total scam. Do not order from them unless you enjoy being ripped off.
HORRIBLE customer service. I think they are scam artists. My items have not arrived, they will not reply to messages. I have had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Be very cautious.
Shirts sent from China, sizes are smaller. Tried to exchange, no change policy. Wanted me to but another shirt at discounted price ( that was nice) however very disappointing experience. Be careful if you buy
Order was placed 2 weeks ago and still not showing up even though representative states it's been shipped! This site is a scam
Ordered a gift for a relative at Christmas. I followed the size chart listed on the actual item website. It was supposed to be XXL equivalent to size 16 as per their size chart but it came fitting a 12 on their size chart. They refused to pay for the return even though the error is on their side. The return is to China so expensive shipping; they don't even have a return label at a fair shipping rate to deduct. You have to send emails for help and in drippingly nice responses ignore your request and push you to keep the item until 5-6 emails later. Then they would only agree to a 20% discount for an item that I cannot use. Ridiculous. Avoid completely.
So, I got an ad on instagram. After ordering a bunch of things figured I should do my due diligence, I've been burned before. Once I started reading the reviews, I panicked. I contacted my credit card company and sheshow to cancel my order. A bit bothersome they didn't answer my first 2 emails and still sent me a shipment. However, they did get back to me from there and were willing to cancel what hadn't shipped yet. They also refunded it! Honestly, the shipping dates, tracking and even quality of what arrived all ended up good. I said if I was pleased with the quality I would write a good review to counteract all the bad, so here I am. Maybe they have taken some of the feedback to heart, because honestly all my stuff looks as expected!
