So, I purchased these shirts in March, got a shipping confirmation within 2 weeks, the tracking # never updated, I was very disappointed waited and waited and nothing arrived contact dhl, emailed Sheshow. Received nothing back from anyone! Then I decided to read reviews and thought for sure I was scammed. HOWEVER today my 3 shirts arrived in a very average packaging and they are super soft great material. I am pleasantly surprised. So I had to give them a review a received my order and im extremely pleased. Customer service not so good!
Do not order from this website. Your order will not arrive. Their website states that they are based in New York - They are not. They are actually based in China. If only I had paid more attention to the broken English used on their website, I may have paused for an extra moment before placing my order. SheShow will send you fake tracking information for a parcel that will never arrive. At times, the tracking site (not FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) will say that SheShow is no longer a site. At other times, it will simply show that a package was scanned in China but never updates in weeks. When you do finally get to correspond with someone via email - they will not refund your money. They simply state that your package is on the way and send you the same fake tracking information. Buyer beware!
Absolute disaster of a disgusting so called company. Ordered a t-shirt and NEVER received. Had to go back & forth to get any update (with poor response & customer service) only to find they gave me a tracking number that didn't exist. I smell fraud. These people should be ashamed of themselves & websites such as this one should be shut down.
Purchased a cute sweatshirt via an Instagram ad and I never received my item. I received a shipping notification, however, the tracking information takes you to a Page that no longer exists. Even when I log into my order I get an error message. Going to their Instagram page, you can see the hundreds of reviews of others having the same issue. They gladly took my money and despite my many efforts to get in contact with them, I have never received a response nor my goods. At this point I must contact my bank and file a credit card dispute. Buyer beware!
I placed an order for a sweatshirt and 3 t-shirts. I received the sweatshirt about 3 weeks after placing my order. I received an email after another 3 weeks saying my t-shirts shipped and a tracking number. T-shirts never arrived and when I try to track them it just says unavailable. I've reached out to the company via email 3 times a received no response. It's been weeks and weeks. I'm happy I payed with PayPal because I was able to file a complaint and request a refund. Do NOT do business with this company! Below is a screenshot of the message I get when trying to track my order with the tracking info they emailed me.
Just like everybody else has said, there's no customer service phone number. My order has been sitting in a warehouse for 12 days according to their website. They haven't responded to emails and it doesn't look like my order is going to be shipping anytime soon.
I would give 0 if I could. This website is a scam. I ordered at the beginning of March and still haven't received anything. The tracking number says it's an error and no response from customer service. It's obvious they don't intend on shipping me anything. Don't waste your money! I'm trying to figure out how I can dispute the charges on my card like others shared.
I ordered over a month ago. No email responses. Now my tracking info doesn't exist. Requesting a refund from paypal
Order never arrives and when trying to track it says something went wrong. No way to contact seller, disputing through PayPal and reporting to BBB.
Doesn't matter what the quality is if it ever comes. According to when I ordered delivery should have arrived a while ago. I may contact my bank as I can't even get a response from the store. Never again

It may be some type of fraudulent activity I m not sure but no customer service at all. I have attached a photo of the shirt I paid for online and never received after 5 weeks. Also, they have what now seems like a fake tracking site which says "can not find this shop" after 3 weeks of "tracking".

I orderd 6 shirts over 7 weeks ago and still don't have them, i emailed them and keep saying "just wait they will arrive". Absolute bull when i asked for a refund they said no, just don't buy anything from these guys, go to a t-shirt sublimation place near you and get them cheaper and pick up on the spot.
Ordered 2 t shirts over 4 weeks ago, got a fake tracking number. Never recieved my shirts and now the website no longer exists! What BS
This website is a scam. I ordered over a month ago and still no merchandise. They took the money right out of my account the very same day though! I understand that with the pandemic shipping would be delayed but over a month now? I received an email that it shipped but went to track it and says that it's not in the system. Okay. Wait a few more days, check, still not in the system. Interesting. Go to look a week later- I can't even get onto the website. I keep getting "review your order and get 10% off" emails. And all the spam emails that come with ordering. Can't get ahold of anyone. I WILL NEVER order from them again. It's a scam. Also- SheShow- please don't come at me with "due to the pandemic we have been experiencing delays" everything that I have ordered during this pandemic has arrived on time, using USPS, UPS, DHL, and Fed-Ed both essential and non essential. Don't order from here!
I ordered 2 t-shirts and got a confirmation number. Tracking goes nowhere. Total scam of a company. Calling the bank to see if I can stop them taking any money out of my account. Wish the companies that picked them as advertising had done a better job at checking them out first.
Ordered my item March 25th, sent me tracking which delivery service informed me it does not exist to contact seller. Tried to contact seller now they no longer exist. There is another shop that just popped up called wowbuybuy and it looks to be the same as Sheshow. Don't get scammed!
I ordered two shirts and have yet to get a email back about my order and they wont answer emails and now when i try i get a unavailable message.
Received a shipment tracking email and it's a broke. Link "unavailable" and 3 weeks later an email to leave a review for an item I didn't receive
I ordered two shirts on March 29,2020... today is April 30,2020 and still no shirts. I received a confirmation email on April 19,2020 that my "order is on the way" but when I attempt to track it online I get an error message that says "Oops, something went wrong... This shop is unavailable".
Maybe they are unavailable due to the pandemic, but there should be someone to notify customers that have outstanding orders that there will be a delay due to the pandemic... although my order total was only $40, it's my $40 and I either want my product or I want my money back!
Placed order on March 22, received email of shipping 4/08. AWESOME! Except, now it's 4/29 and still no merchandise. No tracking information. No response to MULTIPLE inquiries. And today, I went to check and the website isn't even there. NOT Awesome.
