I was shopping online for a wool mattress pad. And while there are many outlets that offer this, I ultimately decided to give Shepherd's Dream a try and very glad I did.
The merino wool lap blanket is perfect for my wife when she is in a wheelchair. It keeps her warm without being heavy or bulky.

I ordered the neck roll pillow to replace an old foam one I had with natural materials. (This was my third attempt to find a natural option that worked for my neck.) Your pillow was the perfect size and amount of fill. It's very supportive.

The items I ordered shipped more quickly than expected, but then encountered shipping delay... a week of that. (Obviously, no fault on Shepherd's Dream's end). I contacted customer service who then contacted UPS to alert them to the difficulty. The package arrived a few days later. So---great products with sustainability in mind, good customer service. I would definitely order again.

Great product, love the plastic free ethos. Got a mattress protector years ago and still kicking. Our previous plastic lined one broke down and shed microplastics everywhere on our latex mattress. Not sure why we ever did that. Very happy with this company.

I ordered these socks in medium because I wear a size 7 women's shoe. The socks are so baggy and big! I assumed they would shrink after washing and drying, but they did not. Also, I have to wear them inside out because the knit surface is very rough. The natural color of the cotton is lovely, but the sizing is a big problem. Most socks come in 1 size and stretch to fit, so I was uncertain about how socks with such a large size range would actually fit.

We love these pillows. The last order I ordered the wrong pillow accidentally, and tried to reach out to Shepherds Dream the next day to make a change to my order, but they did not get back to me and sent me the pillow that I ordered. We kept the pillow because it would've been too costly to return it, and my husband ended up using it. But it would've been nice to have communication from Shepherd dream. It didn't keep me from ordering another pillow, but I was careful to make sure that I ordered the correct one.

Totally transformed my bed. Up until now I've preferred a firm mattress, but now that I'm in my mid 30s, this mattress topper feels much more comfortable for my body to sleep on.

I called the Customer Service number and was immediately connected to a real, live person. They were great at answering all my questions which made me feel confident about placing an online order right away.

I ordered a yard of the thick wool batting for a topper I was making and it's amazing. Great price, super soft and squishy and makes a fabulous comfort layer on top of a thin latex topper.

I thought I had submitted my email as part of a promotion to get a free pair of socks when you make a purchase but I couldn't figure out how to use it. It wasn't a big deal because I was buying what I needed anyway. I did a survey after my purchase about the website and my experience and mentioned that I couldn't figure that out and I'm guessing someone must have read it because I got home today and there was a package with socks that I didn't order in it and they were very cutely wrapped. It was such a nice surprise.

Website is a little clunky - for example when I was selecting Cream socks in size medium, the display images disappeared. The categories for shopping are also weird. But the products seem like they're going to be amazing, I came here for socks and discovered your wool bed. I now have the website saved to potentially come back to when I'm ready for a bed (I currently sleep on a shikibuton). The brand name is cute and appropriate and I love the logo.
