I purchased a beige cover and the color was more orangey/brown. It was unopened and I asked if I could exchange it for the navy. They said I could order the navy at 30% off. They will NOT stand behind their products and could learn a thing or two from Wayfair or Wal-Mart's customer service!
I wrote to the company asking them to please advise when one of my sandals completely fell apart when it started to rain. The strap came out from between the toe and out of the shoe and left me to stumble in a parking lot. I had worn them one month.
They responded: "Thanks for getting back to us. As clearly stated on our website, the period of time that we accept any complaints about the product's quality is 15 days from delivery. Unfortunately, this trouble-taken time has expired in your case so I'm afraid that your request for a full refund or replacement will be declined. I cannot predict when a rainstorm will happen after purchase, but the fact that I asked for advice to which they blanketly offered that they are always happy to help yet not to stand behind their product is outrageous.
I feel I should report Sharper Day to the Better Business Bureau. A shoe that cannot be worn in the rain is shameful at any price and is dangerous.
The sandals were too loose around the ankle. Customer service gave me the run around. My options were to keep the sandals for a 15% refund or mail them back to Vietnam. Because I was so mad I sent them back for $25 but the USPS does not track packages to Vietnam. Sharper day won't refund the money without a tracking number. So... I am out even more money.

Ordered bunion sandals and they quickly fell apart. I had worn maybe once or twice and the tie ring came apart! Asked for a refund and they refused... I had them delivered almost two months ago... really? THAT is them standing behind what they sell? Ridiculous customer service. Do not buy from this company!
I wish I had looked at reviews prior to purchasing these sandals. As I have read the multiple reviews written here, I have fallen into the same trap they did. The sandals took more than a month to arrive. The top material was too large to secure my foot. Consequently, when I walked, my foot/toes slide forward and off the end. They asked me to send pictures of the size of my foot as well as a video of me wearing them. After reviewing my pictures & video, Their comment was that it fit normally! My toes went over the end of the shoe, and they are still brand new! Can you imagine what they will look like if I were to continue to wear them & break them in? My whole foot would be off the end! BAD PURCHASE, Terrible concern for customers.
I should have read reviews. Took a month to get them, immediately started refund process, looks like I too will need to dispute charge. They wanted me to send back to Vietnam, what a joke. DO NOT buy from this company. Not worthy of 1 star.
Update: After several more emails with "Cindy", I remembered I paid with PayPal and thought they might help. I opened dispute with PayPal and mentioned that fact to "Cindy". I immediately received a full refund! I'm happy about that of course, but what a waste of time. Be persistent, be as polite as humanly possible, and dispute the charges. If enough people do this, they may see the light and stop selling crap.
Saw the cutest sandals on Facebook, an since I've had good luck buying from ads on FB in the past, I ordered them. Big mistake... huge! It took over a month to get them and I was immediately disappointed. They reek of chemicals and do not look like the ad at all. Cheap cheap cheap. I emailed back and forth with "Cindy" in customer service (that's a laugh) and even sent the picture she asked for comparing the real shoes to the shoes in the ad. Even though "Cindy" agreed they were different, she said I could only get a replacement. I do not want any more of their crap products. I'm out $48 and can only warn other to NOT BUY FROM SHARPER DAY!
Do not order from this place! Product is simply trash & customer service is non-existent! My poor mother has been trying to return the JUNK, talk about being sent in circles! Can you rate them less than 1?
Like one of the other reviewers, I also saw the ad on Facebook and ordered the sandals that looked good. When the sandals arrived the chemical stench was horrible! I left them outside for a few days before even trying them on. I could already tell these were a very poor quality for a $50 sandal - very large stitches and the leather was so thin, it 'folded' down onto the sandal. (See photo) I emailed the company and complained about the bad smell and the lack of quality and comfort. They said they would reduce the price by 15%. I replied I didn't even want them at 50% reduction. They replied I could send them back... to Vietnam! Cost? $36! I decided to put them in my donation box for the poor! I sent them the photo as well and explained that the shoe on the right or top is my 5 year old sandal I purchased at the walking store for $100 and the bottom is their sandal at $50 but they said these two were not comparable! And I couldn't agree more!
Three Color Stitching Sandals are very poor quality & fit. After dealing with this company for 5 weeks trying to get a refund because they smelled, were poor quality & didn't fit properly (my foot slid right out the end even though the base was the correct length for my foot). They kept asking me to send them pictures & videos, measurements, emails, etc. but they kept coming back with one excuse after another not to refund my purchase price. They would not honor the website statement of "100% satisfaction or full refund". They do not adhere to this statement. After 5 weeks of back & forth emails my choice was to accept a $9.00 refund & keep the sandals that don't fit or send them back to Viet Nam at my expense the cost of this would be more than 50 or more pairs of these sandals. Guess this resolution is their way of getting out of agreeing to a refund. So much for customer satisfaction guess I am out $49.58 minus their ridiculous credit of $9.00. I was going to donate them to a charity but they are such a piece of junk I won't be doing that, they are heading to the trash. Guess they won the battle since I also will not waste anymore of my time with this company. N Please be aware that they won't deal with customer satisfaction! My rating is ZERO!
I purchased a pair of sandals from this company, and after 45 plus weeks received them in the wrong color. I attempted to make arrangements to return them and kindly indicated they were the wrong size when in fact they were ugly and a different color than I ordered. I was then advised to take a picture of them next to a ruler to show the length and a video of them on my feet. So, I turned it over to PayPal. Next, I was given an address where I should return them, and was advised that I would have to provide a tracking number. To return these ugly shoes to Vietnam was going to cost $116.00. Guess I will have to eat this one.
Ordered sandals June 7th. After several frustrating emails from customer service they arrived today July 30th. I threw them in the trash. Cheap, smelly and definitely not the size I ordered. I'm out $49 but can't be bothered wasting any more time on this company. As others before said I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered from this company.

This company does not deserve even one star. Sandals came in a cheap plastic bag. Not only were they poor quality, the material had a very unpleasant odor. When I emailed customer service ("service", my eye!) indicating the quality did not meet my expectations and they were too narrow/tight, and inquired as to the process to return for a full refund, they claim they require a photo of the sandals on my feet (!) and that I may have to deal with their outsourced facility. Say what?! We had several email exchanges and they FINALLY gave me the return address: Vietnam! Their last email: "... if you could kindly cooperate with us in sending the required photos and once it is fully proved the not fit item [sic], we will definitely issue the refund..." My last response was that this is obviously how they make money b/c no one wants to spend half or more of the cost of the item just to return the item, then be told if proved they don't fit, we'll refund you. On top of it all, I'm angry with myself for not reading these reviews BEFORE making my purchase.
Stole my money and you can't do a thing about it. They ship from Vietnam so it would cost more to return than what it costs to buy. Product was nothing like photo on site. Mine was in Russian! Pay pal won't give your money back unless you mail it back so no resources there, package said value was $5. When it came, first clue!
DO NOT BUY!. I saw multi-color sandal with claim of most comfortable ever. One month wait to arrive with no enclosed info nor what to do regarding a return. Item was mailed from China. I did order correct size yet fit was much to loose for my foot and no arch support what-so-ever. I e-mailed the company and they ask me for pictures of my foot being measured, the bag, and they even wanted a video of me in the shoe. Strange! ODD if a reputable company! Several emails back and forth to company. My request was within their 15 day return timeframe from delivery of sandal. I could see the pattern developing not to honor my return request. Just a hassle! Therefore, to date, I stopped credit card payment to SharperDay. I am now waiting for that resolution with my credit card company and i notified SharperDay of such, and again, request for a Return instructions/label. We'll see what happens (?). The customer service is completely unacceptable! I will NOT BUY anything from SharperDay, EVER!... should be a 0' on my scale!
I saw a picture of cute multicolored sandals and ordered them. They arrived 3 weeks later in an envelope, wrapped in bubble wrap; distorted, super cheap, super loose. Nothing like the video! I left on vacation without my vacation shoes and now they say I had 2 weeks to return them for a refund. Total scam company!
Cheapest made pair of sandals. Probably would sell in a new junk store for $3. Not an easy company to deal with. NEVER buy anything from them. Way, Way, Way overpriced!
