I liked that they explained the science of hair loss, and how their products work scientifically to combat it.
It was easy to place my order on their website. Before my order came they educated me on how to use the products and what to expect from regular use. My order arrived very fast! Overall I am very impressed with Shapiro MD and can't wait to see the results!

Product arrived timely. I've only been using 3 weeks and it has appeared to slow hair loss. Hopeful it will continue to improve the longer I use it.

At the end of the checkout I was offered other products. The option to reject the offer were in such small letters I couldn't find it! I almost didn't buy the product because I felt obligated to chose another product.
I've received my order and this shampoo dries out my hair.

Package was great. Well packaged, arrived on time. Bottles are great. Wasnt leaking. Very pleased with the over all shopping experience very Easy.

I thought I was buying 1 set for around $30 per the add, but somehow I received more product and it cost around $200. Just felt it was a bit tricky-the ad anyway.

I had a terrible reaction to the product and I've been trying to return/get a refund and customer service has not reached out yet, it's been a month since I started trying to reach someone. This service is awful, customer care must not be important to this company at all. Very disappointed with product and service.

I called twice and was put on hold each time. I finally gave up after waiting close to 8 minutes for someone to answer. I wanted to know why there is a package of Minoxidil in my order when it clearly states NOT TO BE USED BY WOMEN!

When i ordered i understood it was 69.00 charged to my credit card then i checked my card and it was 320.00 not very well written. Really confusing on what the actual charge was.

Only using it for a short time, but like the way it makes my hair feel.

I made an order by mistake but I already received the shampoos and everything. I am trying them already, so far I am satisfied with the results. I will keep them. Thank you!
