Site on Facebook a little hard to navigate...had a heck of a time ordering the hair styling foam...ordered the 4 month supply of shampoo and conditioner, and your site threw me straight to checkout without any options to purchase more material.
Returned product due to allergy. Had to call and email twice before receiving a RMA. My return was delivered to Shapiro MD on July 1,2020 per tracking number. I am waiting for my guaranteed refund. We shall see.

I have not seen a difference and I have been using product for two weeks. Was packaged nicely.
I need to change the number of bottles Shapiro is sending me. I see nowhere where I can do that. I've called and get put on hold, and someone calls me back I begin again with their messaging system.
I like the product but I want to receive just ONE bottle of shampoo and rinse every month NOT two, AND I would like to ADD ONE bottle f your serum.
