Not a pleasant experience

I can't use this all the time as I have psoriasis on my scalp and it re-appears with this shampoo actually most bottle shampoos - but not too badly so can only use this once a week- otherwise my hair is shiny and soft

Have less hair loss. Will definitely repurchase!

The product is fine

Not impressed at all. One bottle leaked all over the box. I've used it but am thus far not impressed Visical appears to be a superior product.

I haven't tried it yet, I received my shipment a week ago and I still have shampoo I'm using up.

Love your product. Shampoo/conditioner/leave-on conditioner are very natural and rich.Not oily. Need small amount wash and rinse my hair. BTW love the scent.

I have not tried your product yet. I'm trying to finish my other stuff up first so I don't have so much stuff open and laying in the shower. I don't like clutter. But I'm getting there soon, so it will not be much longer. Sorry for the long delay. Can not wait to try.

I bought the product and it was unacceptable - after 2 hours I could have fried chicken in my hair.
I have returned the products and I am waiting for a credit to my account.

More expensive than listed in advertising

Would be better to show the individual options along with the combined products for people on fixed incomes. Prices are out of my income level and not enough shampoo for the price. Most people with hair loss like myself can't afford this product on a regular basis

Second week in to my system, do some new hair grow around the hair line. However, I am still waiting to see hair lost reduction.

I love it! It gives a different fluffy feeling to my hair! My hair stays fresh longer! I think I found my new shampoo and conditioner!

Seems to be helping my thinning hair.

Long wait for call back. The interface does not have an option to pause membership. I had to call and instead of pausing I canceled as i did not want to go through the hassle again.
