I am still using the shampoo, the conditioner, and the foam. All make my hair and scalp feel so clean and healthy.

Sopping here was friendly. It took me one extra week to to receive my order, but I am very happy any way Thank you!

Just started using this about a month ago, so far I've not seen a lot of change but hoping consistency will show a big improvement. Will follow up once I've used it longer & can say if it works or not...

Haven't used products yet due to being out of town when they arrived.

I was unable to talk to a customer service representative, despite numerous attempts, and even left my phone number each time for a call back, but never received a call.

I was not aware that there would be four months of shampoo shipped. I wanted one set to try.

I have used it for a week and it has not been good for my hair and the conditioner is to heavy... Now I have 4 sets of shampoo sitting around

It's been easy-good user interface design.

I received my order very promptly after placing it.

I did place are wanted a second or automatic shipment of product. I tried to call to cancel but the number sold to another company.

My order did not come with free gift as advertised on the website. =(

I've been using the product for almost a month and have noticed absolutely no difference. May be returning for a refund if it doesn't get any better in the next 30 days. Please inform on how to proceed with a refund if needed.

I was charged for. A second order that I did not authorize of order.

I received the box damaged and the products damaged and leaking. Customer service sent out replacements. However, the remaining products were a saturated mess.
