Long wait for product to arrive.

Ordering was easy. I received my items in a timely manner. I ordered the 90 day supply & liked the way it was packaged In 3 monthly supplied bottles each of the shampoo, the conditioner & the Minoxidil with the dropper applicator. It is a little early to say anything yet about regrowth yet.

Had trouble getting it done and confusing

I received and was over charged for more product that I wished for. The problem was resolved by me having f to return the extra product and my account was refunded however, I had to pay high shipping fees at my cost to return the box.

Easy to order and the order was delivered.
I am moving and need to stop the next deliver as I do not have a confirm d address out of province yet

Top people off by adding more products than you want. I did not want all of these products. I just want to return all of the products. Some of the products had leakage when I opened the box.

My bottles came in half empty and the foam was completely empty. I sent an email and a rep called me back but I was unable to answer. I called your company back twice and waited 15 minutes each time to speak to a rep and hung up in frustration each time at how long it was taking. I honestly gave up trying to solve my issue at all out of frustration with the process. Disappointed!
