I like the shampoo and conditioner but when I received it the shampoo, conditioner and foam had leaked out. Not all of it but about half.
I didn't complain because I would have to send it back and I really wanted to try it.
Thanks for the opportunity to voice my concerns.

I just think I need to use it longer. Please don't send anymore until I contact you. I still have plenty.

I've used this product for 1 month now and it is a little bit fuller than before. My hair is gray, below shoulder, and was starting to thin. I'm not getting as much loose hair as I did before. So I guess it might be starting to work. I do like the feel of my hair with your products.

I have heard of Dr. Shapiro in the past...only on an Instagram post. My hair is fine and I have had hair extensions on while I use the product.
They are coming out and I will look forward to seeing some results soon.
