The lady i talked with, Ann, was extremely knowledgeable and patient and kind and helpful! Explained several things and was patient while listening to my dilemma of not using the products faster.

It would have been better to know the contents of the 'kit'. I still don't know what comes in it - and I purchased all the extras. Why aren't the kit contents disclosed when we select the kit?

I have seen hair growth, slow but sure. Hair is growing where there was none.

Don't think it worked that well

When I ordered the initial product I clicked on one time only. They went ahead and used my credit card and shipped me another order without my permission. I emailed them and hopefully will not get another order without my permission.

I just want to find out the facts, so I can purchase a good quality product.

I am faithfully using your hair product but have not seen any change as of yet. I wash my hair every other day with your product and every other day with my volume shampoo.
