When choosing add-ones for my order, I was never given a new total cost. The shipment arrived and it was almost $300 more than I thought it would be.
I have been trying to return the items and can't reach anyone in customer service.

I have used the shampoo and conditioner for almost 2 years. I believe I haven't had a lot of hair regrowth, but I certainly have not lost more hair
I have noticed that i have less hair falling out, and little hairs around my forehead and sides near my ears are starting to grow.

The ordering experience was easy, and had very good follow through. I appreciate the check-in to verify that the order was received. I appreciated the information on the website prior to ordering. I felt like I was informed about what I was ordering and the cost.
The products are easy to use, and smell good. I am only two weeks in, so it's too early to see dramatic results, but I think I am noticing less hair fallout. I'm optimistic, and we'll see what we have in a month or two. Thank you.
