Very easy.

Easy to place order, shipping slow.

Placing my order was simple & I received my order right away. I've been using the product for a couple weeks & hope to start seeing results over the next few weeks.

I tried 3 times before being able to order the product. It's like I had to beg to pay you. Then I was charged additional shipping and handling once it arrived. Shapiro customer service gave the the canned line that they aren't responsible for what Canada does when it arrives to me, but when a Canadian order is placed we should be warned by Shapiro that this will or might happen.

Product is satisfactory.

Have only been using it for a couple of weeks now but haven't noticed any new growth yet. The hair loss has slowed a little at this time. I'm being patient and waiting for something noticeable to happen.

Just using it still for few days.
