Sent email to cancel my order, immediately after ordering, but never got a response

The shampoo smells great, that's about it. I can get various shampoos that smell good and give my hair volume. I choose As for the conditioner is not good at all it doesn't condition my hair at all! Very disappointed with this product!

Well my only problem is that I ordered 2 bottles of shampoo & 2 Cream Rinse & & I was shipped & charged 179.00 but thought it was only around $50.00 originally.
I DO NOT WANT ANY KIND OF AUTO SHIP!

Absolutely love the shampoo and conditioner and the real test was having my husband use it and after a week he said WHOO! My hair is full and lots of volume

It was great, but as I am on chemo, I am not going to be able to use the product. I need to have information on return...

I have not used it long enough to evaluate the progress. I only wash my hair every other day or 3rd day. I have only had the product for 3 weeks. Once I use all of my product, I will evaluate my progress at that time.

I didn't appreciate being offered the all the other products

It was fine, no problems and no glitches

I was unable to track the pkg at first because on my email said it was coming FedEx. Then to find out it was in canada post service. And it took for ever to come as well. But finally arrived this week.

The shampoo only dried my hair out worse than it was before. It also burned my scalp so I stopped using it. I was misled into believing it was made from only 3 natural ingredients which wasn't true.

Leah was helpful with instructions & advice.

I like how it makes my hair feel, also I think my hair is looking fuller and a lot of new growth

When I opened one of the conditioners it had leaked. It turned out someone had literally poked a hole in the top!
