It was bait and switch
I received an email saying when my package would arrive. I also received an email saying my package was delivered. I looked outside my front and back door-no pkg. So I looked in my car- no pkg was to be found. I checked with my neighbors and no pkg was left at their house. I was home all day. Finally my husband decided to look in our mail box down our drive by the dirt road and there was my shampoo in our mailbox. I believe it would be good for your driver to knock on my houses door to give me my pkg instead of using the United States mailbox! To put it in and not tell me. Just an email saying your pkg has been delivered is not sufficient. I looked everywhere and asked all my neighbors if my pkg was left at their house. The next day my husband found it in the mailbox at the end of our drive!
I spoke with customer service several times when I first began using the ShapiroMD, both over the phone and by email. The rep was always helpful and friendly.
Hard to get a hold of. Trying to get them to go honor money back guarantee

I recieved my shipment quickly, and like the way it makes my hair feel and smell, but I haven't been using it long enough to really judge its effects yet.
Using it and watching for results... we'll soon see a difference, I'm positive :)
I wanted to try the product. I didn't want 6,000 bottles. I definitely hope that this is NOT a subscription. I won't need shampoo for a couple of years now.
