Customer Service Blows

After making my order I received a DHL tracking number. This number DID NOT show up on DHL's website for 3 days. I emailed Shapermint, and finally got a response THREE DAYS LATER informing me they'd changed the carrier. Two weeks later my order has not yet arrived. Is someone walking across the country with my bras? They charge an arm and leg for courier fees.
A product is only as good as its Customer Service and delivery. SHAPERMINT fails big time.

Shapermint is a joke! DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY! I ordered $150 of products. Everything was ordered in XL/XXL. 7 of the items were shipped in LG and the one item that was the right size (bike shorts) were sent in tan, not the black I ordered. The reason was I was given was they didn't want to delay my order waiting for the stock. So purposely sent me everything TOO SMALL? It's shape wear! If I could fit into LG I wouldn't need it. So I was told to re-select because nothing I ordered was available. So I did. Dozens of times. Only to be told that another item was not in stock. Nothing was being 'picked' at the warehouse to hold... After 160 emails back and forth over 8 months... I was told they FINALLY would be shipping my order. Only to be told a few days later that the reselect items would cost them more than my original order so they finally agreed to just refund me. Lesson from this experience... shop other shape ware brands or buy one item. Never got back the $55 I paid in custom fees at my door either.

I should have known better. Never purchase items advertised on social media. I should have backed out from the purchases experience. All those pop ups wanting you to buy more were definite red flags. But i went ahead like a fool and ordered a black bra. A beige one came. It was made out of stretchy underwear material. Could not hold up my 44DDs. What a joke. I couldn't even adjust the straps. Reading the other reviews I'll just write my $38 off as a loss. Shame on you Shapermint!

I feel conned.

Can't tell you about the product as I never got it.
Communication with them has been terrible.
I ordered them, great sale save a lot of money. Now I'm out the money which ended up costing 45.00 more then agreed on. It was a small order so 45.00 extra dollars was a big jump. No bras, no money and really bad communication.

Scammed again

This company is a scam. I ordered a 38.00 bra in asize 44b. They sent me an exlarge. It did not fit. I went online to return it an get the right size. I contacted them 6 times and they totally ignored me. I finally gave up so now I'm out 38.00 and I have a bra that doesnt fit.I dont order intimates online anymore thanks to them.This is not the first company that just ignored me. I guess this is the new scam to steal your money.

Sport Bra

Ordered three sport bras, checked your size chart for my size( I'm a 3 8D) , your chart shows that an 2XL would fit me, not true. Worn one of the bras for approx five hours and the straps left deep indents on both my shoulders. Since I've worn one bra, hopefully my granddaughter will like the other two. Yes it felt like I wasn't wearing a bra until I took it off.

Love the high waisted shaper shorts!

I ordered the high waisted shaper shorts to wear under my wedding dress, and I love them! Not too restrictive, but they smooth everything out and don't roll down. Not to mention the customer service is amazing! I chatted with Brianna, as I hadn't seen a confirmation email, but she was incredibly pleasant and helpful, and said my order was on its way. It arrived the next day, 8 days after purchasing. I bought a size small, though I wear a size 6 pant. Overall I'm very happy with them! (Canada)

I wrote a review on here about a horrifc experience I had with not only the clothes and false advertising, but more disturbingly the treatment I recieved when simply trying to express my experience. I cant find any email to write anyone willing to hear me out. I thought maybe a review would get me a response but nothing. Here I sit watching these commercials pop up every 10 min to remind me of the worse shopping experience on ALL levels. While i was writing my response on thier messenger, the lady closed out the conversation and when i requested a new conversation, it had me on hold for over an hour! I realized they were intentionally not taking my request to speak to a rep. This has never happened to me and im not a complainer, as this is the first company I felt the need to discuss. If you had a good experience, then chances are your a size 6 to 14 and never had to deal with customer service. Those are the majority giving good ratings.

I had ordered some tank and scoop neck camis, and somewhere along the line the order had been split and the courier lost half of it. The Customer service at Shapermint worked diligently trying to replace my order, which in the meantime had sold out. But they persevered, and emailed me all along the way, and yesterday replacement finally arrived.
The camis are great, until you've worn them for a couple of hours and they then to bunch up at my middle - my waist is 10" smaller than my hips - but they do manage to smooth out my side/back folds. You get into the camis feet first, and this means that after your first bathroom break you will have to pull them down again past your bum, and that doesn't work as well as that initial pull up. They will tend to roll back up over aforementioned ample hips towards the waist.
Same goes for the high waisted shaper leggings, they do tend to slip or roll down after a few hours, but a discreet little tug back up keeps them in line.
Over all my size 12/14 looks like it's closer to a 10 in my XL leggings and 2XL camis. Actually funny, as I'm normally smaller on top, but I guess that's the way the sizes run.
Again, thank you to Sophia, Chloe, Brianna, Rachel (I think one of them may be a bot, albeit very friendly and helpful, lol) You saved a difficult situation, but I'm now a happy customer!

Great product BUT...

I live in Canada and ordered from the Shapermint Canada website. When the ordered came I was charged $46 for customs /duties ON TOP OF the $9.99 shipping when the order was placed. I was told it was their policy. I will not purchase from them again.

I've purchased cami's twice now, so I like the product. I had a question about my last order. The Bot in customer service on the website does not work. They ask you to text, but a text can't be delivered. They want to put you in que to speak with a live agent, but the que kicks you out. It's ridiculous. My first order of cami's I did not have a problem with them rolling up. The last 3 I ordered in the same size are rolling up and I wanted to speak with customer service to see if they could help.

Over a month no shipment

Delayed the products. Then wrong shipping tracking number sent. Then the product was sent back to sender after arriving in Toronto. No idea why but they take orders when they can't fulfill them. Wouldn't trust them now

Not what I expected

I purchased the cami and the open chest shaper I went by the sizing chart an ordered XL. I find the cami squeezes my breasts together so much that it looks like I have a uni-boob. I also find that both products roll up at the bottom terribly. Also I am now spammed with constant texts and emails which I really find overkill. I will likely not purchase from here again.

Lousy customer service for starters

I wasted way too much time trying to complete an order. The chat program is useless. Even being transferred to a "live agent" times out while you try to type a response which then means you start all over, etc. I made the mistake of taking the free trial of the club which supposedly provide free shipping until they read you the rest of the small print. I am now stuck cancelling my club crap and returning my order. And, yes, I tried to find a real person to actually talk to but to no avail. I even asked them to call me! No response. I will never shop them again and strongly urge you to shop elsewhere.

Amazing customer service

I recently purchased one of the bras I didn't care for it but immediately they sent me a link to replace my item they went above and beyond to help me got a replacement item and I'm really excited about it I will do more business with shaper mint!

Not squat proof

Well, I just received some knockoff brand which is made of a completely different material, and the size is still wrong. This is my second purchase, and my last purchase.

Tried to keep my money for an item not sent

Ordered a pair of shorts and two other items about a month ago. Received the other items but not these. No email to state they were sold out, so I gave it time.
You would think that they would let me know what was going on OR refund MY money. They did neither of these.
Had I not reached out weeks later, they would have kept my money. That sounds like theft to me. I was told that this item will be updated in their stock online. I still see it there, so more money to be stolen. I was refunded (maybe...takes 5-10 business days) but what bothers me is if they took my money, how many other peoples money are they keeping for stock they ordered and never received. This was a major let down.
I was offered an item close in price, but nothing was even close. I found the closest similar pair but were $17 more. You would think they would discount that a bit considering what happened. It's not even about the money...it's how this company works. If you don't have an item, you should either let people know OR refund their money.
