I had some trouble with shipping, and then the product received was too big. But the customer service team answered all of my questions and sorted everything very quickly and now the correct product is on the way and I am super excited. For the record I was between sizes (big hips small waist) so I ordered the medium. The waist band is too baggy and sags so I'm trying the small. Loved how the pants felt though and not see through at all.

I ordered 3 items from Shapermint in my usual size. When they came, the items fit, but were tight and it seemed their size was smaller then what I usually wear, I took a survey and mentioned the size problem and was asked If I wanted to return them. I said no because they did fit even though they were a bit smaller. I was then offered a free replacement of 1 in a larger size by their Customer Service rep and I was thoroughly impressed by their offer and how they wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchases. This company wants their customers to be 100% satisfied and their Reps make sure you are.

Unfortunately most of the items I wanted were out of stock.
I tried to return pant and order another size. The person I was dealing with kept saying I'm new. I'm not sure she understood the language. I thought I was going to receive a label for mailing separately.It never came. What I tried to print was difficult to read. I had to pay almost $11
for the return. I was not pleased. The bras I purchased were very comfortable.

I purchased one of the black bras. It fits very nice but, during the day I noticed that the strap started to slip off my shoulder. Very frustrating when both began to do it. I have a beige one that I don't think I'll open. Disappointed because I have used the underwear for years and love the product.

Amazing was so helpful and kind. After getting a size to big they sent me new ones even tho I couldn't send the old ones back.
My experience went well. I purchased the wrong sizw and was afforded an opportunity xchange professionally and efficiently. Although, i like my new bras but i have many ‘True' bras, i was hoping for less of a classic bra and more of a nylon/stretch smooth type with more support.
