The articles I have purchased have not disappointed me

I'm still waiting for items ordered on my very first order, back in November.

I had issues with my fist bra that I had ordered. Customer service was quick to respond and rectify my issue. I would recommend shopping with Shapermint!

I initially ordered 2 since i wasnt sure of how they would fix. I ordered 2xl and they are the most comfortable bras ever. I already ordered more.

Purchases items, good quality, support. Had an issue with one of my purchase, it wasn't received, complained and received my shipment shortly after. Great customer service

So comfortable and easy to wear, the black one needed the back extender otherwise a great fit.

These cami's are so comfortable that I got another set of the 3 colours. So have 6 now and very happy with them. Shapermint have never disappointed me each time I have purchased something.

I received my bras relatively quickly, considering it was the holiday season.

Not all of the tank top bras fit the same. Make sure you read the descriptions carefully and I would suggest to ask questions before buying. And even if you do order the wrong size, They have a great customer service team and returns/exchange policy. I would recommend this store.

Customer service is definitely above and beyond what we've come to expect from online shopping. Two items were wonderful while sadly I could not use the other two but it was not the fault of the items or the company. Staff offered service with a smile so who could ask for more. They notified me when the returned items were received and promptly refunded my payment. Thanks Shapermint!

Ordered first bra, wasn't sure of size, received it in no time, tried it for 3 days and decided I needed larger size. They sent me a replacement in next size up and it does fit/feel better. Didn't have the hassle of returning the first one, they said donate it, which is wonderful! Very satisfied.
