The bras I ordered arrived very quickly, but the size was way too small at the band for me even when I used the extender, which was included. After contacting the company, they immediately sent out a larger size, and it's very comfortable to wear all day long!
Needed a black pair of leggings for a slimming effect. Ordered these... looked so tiny out of the bag but I got them on and the are great... look good... feel comfortable... high waist stays put and slims down those stomach bulges and muffin top. Highly recommend.
I shared my feedback of 6/10 based on the fact that I found the material didn't 'breathe' well and that adding some natural fabric into it or making it with the type of material used in sports bras might be helpful. They contacted me 5-6 times trying to get me to try another product made out of the same material, or offering me a refund or exchange and while great customer service is always appreciated, the emails stated in the subject that it was in response to getting a 6/10 star rating. Once or twice would have been one thing, but it became too much.
I really love the product, however, I believe I ordered the bra that connected from the back but Instead i received the sports bra which has no connection, so that has me a bit reluctant about ordering another bra. Thank you

Very frustrated because when I called I had to go though you automated phone system for quite a long time before finally getting a very nice lady who reordered. Everything is great except the American facility that products are received from in Australia is in China and the sizes listed which should vary little for the same product can vary by 1 to 2 inches. They have made in China in large writing. I have 3 pairs XL empetua high waisted shaper shorts and can wear 2 of them, only 1 very comfortably. Would prefer if there is an option to actually get them from the US.

I love my shapermint it works great and I have told my family about it. It makes me feel good when I have it on.
