First of all, it is not free returns. You have to pay shipping. You can't get in touch with customer service. You try to call they won't answer. They say they will call you back they don't. They said customer service closes at 7pm EST. They even had the recorded message that said they closed at 7pm EST and I was calling at 6pm EST. I tried to exchange and it said I was ineligible. I am contacting BBB.org. I won't ever stop telling people how bad this place is. And they says it won't roll down. It sure does.
I really like how this helps me to move my excess fat. Thus giving me a more beautiful body. I also like how it doesn't loose it's shape after washing

After ordering wrong a medium which was too big I asked for a return for smaller size I am a 12 and they fitted perfect no hassle getting exchange very friendly communication

The sizing chart was off- extremely tight though I followed the recommended sizing chart. But, the customer service for return/ exchange was unbeatable! The new pair fits better but certainly not the best shapewear I've ever worn.
Shapermint does a wonderful job of shaping a figure. It also does a great job of promoting healthy plus sized body image. Lastly, amazing customer service!
This product is terrible and is not what was promised. The fabric is cheap, entirely see through and extremely uncomfortable. The material made me itchy and I got a rash. Not as advertised AT ALL. I'm trying to get a complete refund but they are charging me $7 for that too! SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
