I love the way it fit my body like no other. It's very comfortable and you can wear it under anything. I love the way it don't roll down when you sit down are bend down are over.
So the payment process and everything was nice, although they do try to push deals on you last minute when you checkout (which is common). The only thing is that the shapers do roll down which is annoying and the bra wasn't as nice as I expected. It required a lot of reworking the pad in the bra and the materials seemed cheap. Overall though, everything was comfortable like they said and it fit, so not real complaints there.

Bought 2 Shapermint products as a Birthday gift for a friend. Had they arrived on time, it would have been a 5 Star rating.
Unfortunately the delivery time Internationally seems poor. Having said that, when they arrived she was thrilled with them! So I would recommend them, just order Very early.
I found the service efficient and the garment fitted perfectly in the size I ordered. The fabric and fit are comfortable, although the "stay up" feature is not quite perfect. Delivery to Australia was a little slower than expected but that all seemed to be from this end.
Didn't like the 3bras I ordered, almost impossible to return! Company Just wanting sizing or exchange. I gave up trying! The hooks in back are on some kind of plastic ridge around lower side very uncomfortable!

I was told I would get a free pair of panties. When I went to messenger to place the order I was told to order w PayPal. If I did t have a paypal Acct I was told to order on Amazon and I would be reimbursed. When I told them I did that they told me I could NOT do that... not cool! Not cool at all! I'm on disability retirement and have to watch my spending very closely. So all the other great thing the company does can be completely ruin w these types of actions. Thoroughly disgusted.

All the reviews I read before I bought my shapewear said the top didn't roll down, that it was different than other shapewear because it has silicone at the top to keep it in place. Well it stayed up for 5 minutes then it rolled down. It works but that's super annoying.
