I I tried to help centre online. I couldn't make them understand what my problem was. I tried calling the number listed, and all I got was That customer service was helping other customers at this time. Tried several more times using this method same outcome. I then proceeded to email, and all I got, Was an automated Message back. It would've been nice to be able to speak with a person. Sorry about the bad review, but this was very frustrating... all I wanted to do was an exchange and now it's too late as my 30 days are up. You don't make it easy for people out side of the USA
I like it because it helps smooth out your rolls into a smooth curve instead of an ugly and embarrassing muffin top. That means a lot to me!
I really like the feel of my leggings and they look nice but the top rolls down Frequently. I'm not sure if it is because I am short so I do not wear them outside my own house :(

I was very disappointed with these they don't work. On the adverts the ladies look much slimmer. I am very big but I am solid I don't have any soft fat like the models in the advert it obviously only works for soft fat not solid

It was for my mother and she really loved it. She looks great and gave her confidence (since she gained weight) now she can wear her clothes confidently. She says everything is in its place, "nice and tight"
The product fits great. I haven't used it that much yet however I gotta say this was one of the easiest online companies to deal with.

Customer service was very helpful and fair. I was pleased. But the product was not which was too bad. I couldn't wear bra that had no adjustment for a strap that stretched out and constantly fell off shoulder.
I ordered the short shapewear but it is too long for me and has a hard time taking it off to go to the bathroom. I like the support on the shorts but not on the panty wear. Maybe they should put a slit under to make it easier for us to do our business.

Paid extra to get faster shipment... almost half the cost of the garment... and then it still came a day before I needed to wear it.
Used your measurements and garment is way too big... stretches to almost under armpits. So marginal effectiveness but very comfortable.

I must say that I find receiving your frequent emails a bit annoying. This is not a product that one buys frequently. One monthly email to remind us of your product would be sufficient.
My aunt wanted some shapewear and I immediately thought of this site. I checked it out and there was a bundle deal, shorts and panty set for $30, and free shipping. I ordered the bundle in small (or small/medium?) and it arrived in a week. Pretty satisfied, the only reason I gave four stars is because they sent the panty in the right size, but the shorts in medium (medium/large?). They were too big for my aunt so she gave them to me. They work just like in the ads!
It's a nice fit however the material could be a little more stretchy to go with the diverse body sizes that come with the various size ranges. Other than that I am satisfied with my purchase.
