These bras are very comfortable, but do not give sufficient support to larger busted women. It would be helpful if the shoulder straps were adjustable.
Love the customer service, shipping etc. I like how my body looks in the middle of the garments. So far, the garments seem like they work, but they have been too tight and I am bulging over the top. I even ordered bigger than I normally would. The garments seem smaller than their sizing maybe because of the tension.

The mission and lifestyle behind the brand is great! The commercials are deceiving, it looks like if you are a size 5x or 6x you can wear their products. The women in the commercials are ALL smaller than a 5x and they don't have any sizes past a 4x. They offer other shapewear brands, and they don't have sizes past a 4x. You get your money back but you are charged a $6.99 processing fee, unless you exchange the item than they add the $6.99 as a credit. Buying shapeware online, and not being able to try it on is a waste of $6.99
We're working on getting more sizes soon, Tracey. The $6.95 charge is what we call the refund fee. And you're right, you don't have to pay anything if it's an exchange request. It's also best if you get your size based on your actual hip and waist measurement in inches. If you need anything else, we're just a DM away.

I needed to exchange items. I was sent lable for postage real quick and the return of my items I exchanged was sent right. No hesitation at all. The customer service couldn't be a y better. Love the items I purchased also.
My experience ordering and receiving my shapermint was great and it worked fantastic at first. But after having it a couple of weeks, it just doesn't hold or shape like it did in the beginning and it's pretty much pointless to wear it because it just doesn't help now.
