I was expecting better products for the price. I purchased two bras. One arrived with the padding inside the cup bunched up and folded over which I had to fix by opening the cup before I could wear it the first time. The other issue is support. I am a D Cup and the support is barely adequate. The positive is that the fabric is very soft. But, I won't spend this kind of money again with your company.
I ordered 2 items, paid for them. Items did not come, I never got them and furthermore I was not refunded.

The customer service rep was so helpful she suggested the everyday shaper shorts, and told me to keep the high waisted shorts and to pass them on. I was shocked and very impressed. The online experience was irritating. There were far too many offers AFTER I put things in my basket. I don't need to be badgered three or four times before I'm allowed to actually check out. The bra is comfortable, but really not different than a padded sports bra.
The product had very good and fast shipping. When the product arrived unfortunately it was to small, so I contacted customer service and they handled the problem Hassle free and I had a bigger size sent to me in reasonable time. Great Product!

My experience with the customer service is great and you have great products, but with the bra, the cups just aren't big enough even in the 4x size! The cup size must be one size fits all.

I ordered one of their advertised comfort support bras. Upon arrival it didn't fit and they sent me a new one, telling me not to send back the original. The new one fit perfect and is comfortable. However, it does not give me the support I need.
