I was tasked with obtaining at least 4 quotes to replace the older garage door motor.
Not surprisingly there are a plethora of companies to choose. I narrowed it down to 4 different companies all offering similar services.
Each one of them came to our location did an assessment and then sent me a quote. All of them came back in different price ranges one was very high and one was on the low end. Shamrock came in right in the middle range.
I had several text message conversations with the owner Josh about what we need and if he can accommodate. He was very straight forward and I felt was very honest, did not try to oversell me in fact he ended up saving me money due to another company advising I "had" to do certain things in order to replace the motor. Turns out that was not the case at all based on Josh's advice.
Upon the day of installation they showed up per the agreed time range and got to work right away.
They did the work efficiently and upon its completion the new motor works great. I can even control the door via an app, which is great!
I have absolute no reservation recommending Shamrock Door to any business as they were professional, reasonably priced and timely.
Josh made a slightly damaged door panel "work" instead of immediately saying I needed to buy a new one. And he is very personable.
The 2 service techs were extremely professional and accommodating. They both add value to the process making the customer feel that they are best the best service and value for the money being spent. Great job guys... thank you!
I love my new battery back-up door opener.It's quieter than my old one, and has a motion-on light. Now I feel confident I'll be able to use my car if the electricity fails. The technicians were great; efficient, polite, and clearly explained the way it works. Josh, the owner, could not have been nicer!

One of the pulley cables of one of my garage doors broke. I called them, and Josh was very friendly, very professional, and very helpful. They came the next day and did a full inspection of both of garage doors and explained every to me in details. They did an outstanding job fixing the problem as well as many additional things like they bolted the manual locks, replaced a light bulb, and straightened out the rubber strip for one of the doors with no extra charge.
The guys did an outstanding job fixing my garage door. They explained what the problem was how they were going to fix it and all the parts they would use to get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will do just that in the spring to do a tune up in my other garage door.
My call was returned within one hour, the technician on site was personable, willing and able to serve my specific needs within my budget. He explained the mechanisms thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. I feel fortunate to have this business to meet my needs for years to come and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

After calling 6 overhead door outfits on Friday Dec. 21 and being told that they could not come to fix my problem till Wed. Dec 26 I was less than pleased.
I found Shamrock via Google and called them. When I was told they could have someone there in a few hours I was shocked. A couple of hours later two technicians from Shamrock Overhead Door arrived. I showed what the problem was and they went right to work fixing it. The two Shamrock guys where absolutely fabulous and had my garage door working in no time.
Their work was excellent, my garage door was installed when we bought the condo new 8 years ago. It always opened and closed very noisy and sounded like something was not right. Nevertheless I ignored the noise.
After the Shamrock guys where finished that door opened and closed BETTER than it ever did and there was no more noise. I can't say enough about Shamrock. My wife and I were extremely pleased.
