I used Shadow PC for about two months with no problems. Then out of nowhere the performance completely fell apart. My games were lagging, stuttering, dropping frames, and even simple updates were failing. The Shadow app itself showed a "degraded node," so the issue was clearly on their side.

Nothing changed on my end. I have fast fiber internet, and I even downloaded the latest NVIDIA version like they suggested. My gaming experience doesn't lie — the service was basically unusable.

When I contacted support, they didn't address any of the real issues. Instead, they gave me a generic explanation about "dynamic bandwidth" and acted like everything was normal. It wasn't. They also told me to update GPU drivers even though Shadow controls the drivers, not me.

When I asked for a refund for the time the service didn't work, they refused and hid behind a narrow policy that only covers full outages over 24 hours. Even though the service was technically "on," it was not usable.

Overall:

Service degraded badly

Support deflected and blamed me

No real help

Refund refused

Posting this so others know what to expect. I have screenshots and their messages to back everything up.

I created a ShadowPC account on July 1st. I subscribed to the service for 10$ to play the game Night Crows, I used the service for two days and today, July 3rd, my account was permanently blocked.

When I contacted support, I was told that using ShadowPC for more than 24 hours in a row is a serious infraction that causes a permanent ban from the platform. Basically, I subscribed to a service that I was blocked from using, which makes no sense at all. They also said that I used a Bypass to bypass the hibernation system, but there were only two things installed on the machine, NightCrows and ExitLag, so that's impossible too.

There is no time limit or usage limit warning, Night Crows is a game that requires a lot of time online because we farm all the time with other players, being a competitive game it was impossible to go offline, but I wouldn't mind going offline, the point is that there is no warning within ShadowPC.

In support they don't answer me, they don't say anything about a refund because I only used the service for 2 days out of the 30 days contracted.
