I deeply regret choosing ServiceChampion for my HVAC installation. It has been a nightmare from start to finish. They installed a malfunctioning AC unit in October, and despite MONTHS of trying to resolve the issue, it still doesn't work. Here's a breakdown of their failures:

Incompetent Installation: The system has been plagued with problems since day one – thermostat malfunctions, the heat pump failing, and constant disconnections.
Poor Communication: I've made countless phone calls and emails, often receiving empty responses or no reply at all. The communication has been fragmented and disorganized.
Unclear Solutions: Even when they identify a potential issue, they take forever to provide a solution. Technicians seem unsure, and I've been given conflicting information.
Lack of Accountability: Despite promises of a "100% satisfaction guarantee," they've wasted my time, money, and caused immense stress – especially with a new baby in the house.
ServiceChampion's negligence and lack of professionalism are appalling. They do not value their customers or stand behind their work. If you need reliable HVAC services, look elsewhere. I urge you to avoid ServiceChampion at all costs.

Worst customer Service.
November 18, 2023

Didn't show up for scheduled appt. When I called to set appointment. First thing I heard is that we will discuss financing. Just a bad experience from the first call. Their business style scared me away. This response before you even quote the $12,000 opportunity. Scary company.

Sky High Prices

They demanded about a hundred dollars for just visiting my place and telling me what's wrong with my unit. This is not done. Someone in authority needs to check their prices and the unfairness of it all. It is not much better than daylight robbing.

The people working at this company are quite rude. They charge an arm and a leg for being premium and the services are not worth it. I will never call them again. There are a lot of freelance handymen in my vicinity who I would trust over this company any day. One more thing, my heater (the one they fixed apparently) is still giving me grief.
