Ordered Apple Sours - Deluxe for my Sisters 65th birthday... well there was nothing deluxe about them!... the flowers looked as if they'd been bought in a supermarket... in fact I'd have got a better bunch with the money I wasted! £26!. Won't be using Serenta again!

Flowers ordered for Mother's birthday so I arranged for delivery on a specific day. They did not arrive. I was told delivery was attempted and a card left but this was not true. My Mum was home all day and listening for the doorbell which did not ring and no card received. They did arrive the following morning but I was very very disappointed with the service. Also the response when I raised this with Seranata was not satisfactory. Unlikely I will use them again.
Service brilliant, updated on status of delivery and when it arrived, will definitely use them again
Delivered on time but, lifeless and 2 heads fell off as soon as I took the wrapper off. Disappointed and will maybe use again or not. I don't normally complain

First set of flowers we received was nothing like the picture and the vase was smashed. I spoke with Nigel who's part of the online support/customer service team who was very apologetic and offered to send replacement flowers and vase straigh away. We received the new flowers the very next morning... they were BEAUTIFUL... thanks again to Nigel for his help... the flowers was for mums 60th birthday. Overall very happy with flowers in the end and the customer service provided.

Extremely pleased with the orchid that I purchased. The actual flower that was delivered far exceeded my expectations from the picture. Presented in a lovely glass pot. It was the ideal present for a man who had everything. Thank you. Five all the way.
First you said book before 10am for same day delivery I did but delivery was next day, I also paid for a balloon to come with the flowers, it never did but you change me for it and no sorry for our mistakes nothing

I ordered flowers the night before for a friends birthday to be delivered the following day which I was not sure how nice they would be. The flowers turned up the next day as they said they would and they flowers were beautiful and fresh. Very pleased with them and will definitely be using them again.
User friendly website... allowed overseas delivery using local flower shop... free delivery turned about to only if you don't care whar time the flowers are delivered... £4.99 if a desired time (range) required. Delivered flowers well received... overall happy with service & quality of product.
I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law which was delivered to her address, but without the card I wrote. She had no idea who it was from and, when I did not hear from her, I assumed she was not appreciative of my gift. It took 10 days before I said anything to the family, only to be told it had arrived without a card from the sender.
My auntie loved her flowers that were delivered at a convienient time!

I know that I did not pay extra for a morning delivery but I think evening ti too late to deliver flowers to celebrate a special. Mots florists deliver in the morning. Perhaps I would get round this by ordering for the night before so people are not disappointed.
Flowers arrived on time and were well packaged, the delivery person was OK but not super friendly ('sign here' was his only remark). The bouquet looked lovely and wife really appreciated my gesture, but some of the roses included were well past their best and already starting to go brown, which left me feeling a little disappointed - so probably won't use again.
My Aunt had a fall on the day before her flowers were due to be delivered so was no longer at the address provided. Unfortunately because i was unable to give over 24hr notice the delivery and message could not be amended or cancelled. The flowers were delivered and consequently died. I was so disappointed and will be unlikely to use Serenata flowers again.
