Very upset with the flowers. Thet were all dry flowers. Had bad feedback from guests. I am very sad.
If possible please re deliver the flowers or return my money back.no good service.
I thought I may have left ordering flowers too late for a friend in Guildford (I am in New Zealand). Well, ordering was very easy, website has a good selection of tasteful choices (with a choice of bouquet sizes) and is well laid out. I was kept informed from start to finish. I believe that flowers are beautiful too! I will definitely use Serenata Flowers again and would highly recommend them.

Delivery efficiency from point of order superb however the quality of the flowers were not as bright and vibrant I would expect. A shame for me as a sender and the recipient.

I ordered a bouquet late afternoon and they were delivered the next day. The delivery updates were brilliant and my lovely Aunt rang me straight away to say how beautiful the flowers were, she was delighted. Fab service i would highly recommend.
Have used this site several times, have no personal idea what the flowers/chocolate hampers were like but the recipients all loved them. All delivered on time and emails received to update me at each stage. Brilliant service!
I misclicked and put the wrong delivery date for the order. I realised this immediately however I was unable to change the date via their website. I emailed customer services within 5 minutes who were unhelpful until my 3rd email. I have been refused any money back or additional flowers. I feel it is a very poor online service where you cannot change the date of the flower delivery 5 minutes after ordering. I will not use them again.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my daughter when she was unwell. They were delivered the following day, as promised, and she was thrilled with them. My only gripe was having to pay an additional £2.99 to add a card so she would know who they were from!
Love using this site service is excellent easy to use web site and recipients are very happy with the flowers they receive x

Purchased for no reason than to cheer up my daughter with her favourite flower. Great service from start to finish and delivery notification allowed her to pop back to work to collect even though she just missed their arrival. Will definitely use this company again.
Ordered flowers at 6pm and delivered next day at 12noon. Recipient really pleased with flowers. Great service will use again.
The flowers arrived in beautiful condition my cousin was delighted with them. It was nice to be able to add additional flowers if required. I liked the variety of different arrangements shown to choose from on the website as they were being ordered from one end of the country to send to the other. A relief to know Serenata did a wonderful job.
