I never found the website easy, I ordered flowers to be delivered at a family member funeral for 11.15. They arrived 2 hours late. I was told it was my fault not using the correct delivery? They were told the time of the funeral, if I had made a mistake I think it should of been pick up and notified. This was very important delivery.
Excellent. Arrived on time, well-packaged, and with everything requested. Blooms were very good - no dead or dying heads and no unopened buds. Thought the deluxe size would have been slightly bigger than it was, given there were two sizes below it.
Informed of morning of scheduled delivery that order could not be fulfilled due to "technical issue" - bit of a let down with no offer of recompense other than option to cancel order with refund. Unimpressed to say the least.

I wanted to send a last minute gift for a friend's 50th Birthday. It was Saurday afternoon and I wanted a Sunday delivery. I searched and searched and searched the whole internet for a company who offered a good quality product for a reasonable price. Everywhere I looked, the nearest delivery date was either Monday or Tuesday. I was just about to resign myself and order a gift for Monday delivery when I decided to do one more search. Although Serenata Flowers had come up in my search engine a few times I dismissed it because i had never heard of them. Big mistake! What caught my eyes was delivery 24/7. So l clicked and they offered a wonder Champagne Hamper which was just what I was looking for. The price was great as well. So I place my ordered praying that all would go well and I wasn't disappointed.
I received an order acknowledgment email within a few hours. Then the day of delivery I received notification that the Chauffeur was on his way with my order.
Then I received a message that the order has been delivered.
My friend was so shocked and impressed with the gift.
I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again.
My one regret is that I didn't use them sooner, I could have save myself a few hours searching the internet.
I ordered the princess bouquet and it was absolutely beautiful when it arrived! The flowers were all fresh and the bouquet was very full overall. Would definitely order again!

After having a very disappointing experience with another online florist, I was so pleased to see that the bouquet I ordered looked very similar to the online photo. I live in New Zealand, so have to rely on the photos sent by my Daughter-in-laws. As we have recently been in Scotland, I thought that Serenata offered good value for money (especially as I am paying double with the exchange rate.) Will definitely use this service again.
