Great service as I ordered very late in the evening and delivered the next day. My friend sent me a photo and they looked lovely. Have had some bad flowers from other providers but these were lovely and fresh.

I ordered flowers for my sister in law who lives right at the top of Scotland and although arrived a day later than they stated- they got there! Its not always easy to get items sent that far and she said they were gorgeous. Would have liked notice that they were going to be late but when I checked with them feedback was very quick.

I live in the US and wanted to send flowers to my niece who lives in the UK and I had encountered difficulties sending flowers overseas before. However, ordering online was so easy and the arrangements were just gorgeous and it was hard to decide on just one. I ordered later in the evening and they were delivered at noon the next day. My niece was delighted and so was I.

Recipient was pleased with flowers, but mentioned that she had never seen black lillies before. I had ordered Purple Callas & White Lillies, so no idea why black flowers were delivered.

Highly recommend Serenata. Excellent service, beautiful flowers, good value for money and extensive choice. I have used this company for a few years and will keep using them.

Beautiful fragranced flowers, lovely selection, but very small. I ordered the largest size (called grandissimo I think). Hard to imagine how it could have been made smaller, so very disappointed in amount of flowers received for £41.

As always the flowers were beautiful and delivered when asked. The only thing I would say negative this time is that I was not notified when they had been delivered, when previously I have been.

I have not seen the flowers but the recipient says that they were past their best. Was this because it was after a bank holiday? Disappointed.

This was the second time I had used Serenata to send flowers, on each occasion the flowers were exactly as ordered, and very much appreciated. I love the idea of there being a 'gift' which keeps on giving after the flowers have finished!

Flowers delivered all foul age flowers in bloom past there best.
Customer service very good. Another bouquet being delivered today. Unfortunately the same one. Would have preferred to change it. As just a bit wary will have same issues..
