We live in Brisbane in Australia and spoke with my mother in law who lives in the UK last night, she told us how beautiful the flowers were and how much she appreciated the chocolates that came with it. As a first time user not sure. I was unable to track my present to my friend and as it was meant to be a surprise I still do not know if she received the flowers or not.

Flowers were very nice on arrival but the roses were limp and dying the next day.

Very Very disappointed, the quality of the flowers delivered was extremely poor, some of the flowers had already started to turn brown up on delivery. And with in 2 days a good majority were already dyeing off or had gone limp, then with in a week all but one flower had to be thrown away, my wife who i bought these for for her birthday was extremely disappointed as was I...
