Im a Nottinghamian living near Seattle. Every time Ive ordered flowers for my mum theyve been amazing. I can always trust Serenata to get it right

Ordered a deluxe bouquet of 32 stems but they sent standard 21 stems. I was disappointed because I wanted a larger bouquet as a thank you. Not resolved yet, but if they deal with this well, I would order again as my friend said that the flowers arrived nicely packaged and in excellent condition.

Ordered a large bouquet to send to a good friend, she was very happy with it. The site is easy to use, good value, and I like the fact that I get both a despatch and a delivery notification.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. Paid extra for next day delivery. I dont know where they left them as they were not there when i attended the funeral. Everyone elses (from different company's) were there. Maybe they have never delivered to a crematorium, before.

Last minute order of flowers & little Birthday cake from Australia for UK delivery. Easy to do, and arrived promptly. The photos I have seen look good, flowers look fresh and apparently smell beautiful. Will be interesting to see how long flowers last, they look like good size buds. Recipient very happy so for now, very happy to use again. Good value.

The flowers arrived safely and my friend is delighted with them. She says they have a lovely scent which they can smell when entered no the room. Beautiful flowers ordered for my daughters birthday at 8am and she had received them at work by 1pm excellent service. The lady who delivered them went out of her way to ensure she found my daughters office which apparently is not easily found in a large busy hospital. Will definitely recommend and use again
