I use SEOprofiler only for two months but I can not do without. It’s a keeper!
The new responsive design makes SEOprofiler even better than before. For me, it's the best web marketing tool.
SEO profiler does give the correct backlink report. I do not and will not do business with a website that is constantly trying to trick you. Everything i tried to use was a fake report. I don't understand why a fake report would entice someone to upgrade and buy. The entire experience, especially the fake robots files that warned of problems so you will jump to your credit card to buy. It was deceptive enough that it took me a time to go back and run the robots again to see the sentence explaining it's not real. By now web designers should know that conning people into buying your product only turns them off. I will not go back to that site. Thee are too many competitors to bother with trickery. No trust in the company or product. The most it did was make me feel like I wasted time trying it.
I purchased the $1 dollar trial to test their website audit tool. The audit report showed four critical errors on my website that I did not know before. Fixing these errors was really helpful.
I think I will keep my subscription after the first month.
My new employer uses several software systems, Wordtracker, Raven and Advanced Webranking. Together, they don't come close to what SEO Profiler did at my previous company. I miss it every day!
If you do not have to use other tools in your company, you should give SEO Profiler a try. It worked much better for me.
SEOprofiler is my most valued research tool for link profiling. It works better for me than aHrefs or Majestic because it has more comprehensive filters. It makes it easy to find spam links. I also enjoy the international keyword tool.

Keeping track of clients is a breeze. 2. We can assign team members to different projects and tools. 3. Seoprofiler automatically sends SEO reports to our clients. Bonus feature: All reports look like we did them by hand.
We use Seoprofiler ten hours a day. Without it, I don't think our agency would be near as effective.
Much better than moz and costs half the price if you take the smallest plan
After reading the reviews below I wasn't sure whether I should try SEOprofiler or not. The tools are good and I cannot complain about the support. Might depend on the support person that you get. I recommed this tool.
No Johannes, your response is misleading.
I had to ask a specific question directly, and was ignored several times, even after pointing it out as being ignored. Saying it was answered same day is false, and only further annoys me. A response was very quickly provided, but the question was repeatedly ignored.
Yes, support said some things were "on the to do list", but they told me another thing was being looked in to, and after a month, I had to ask again, and was told nothing was going to be done about an issue.
About the IP address, I was told nothing was going to be done. Not eventually/to-do, but that it was not going to be done. An outright refusal to fix the problem.
Your support has told me they were not connected sites, but they very much are, so support was untruthful, and ignored the issue/it being easily linked when I pointed it out.
Your support does reply very fast, but repeatedly ignores many of my direct questions. What's the point of quick support if you're not going to answer the questions. It's disrespectful, unhelpful and wastes both our time.
Hopefully you can make the to-do changes soon. As I said, it's very close to being very good 5* better than all others, but the current minor flaws magnifies issues to mean it's very bad, causes serious professionalism issues (data not matching up, h1 data not shown well/separately, and having to be checked manually etc etc), and these small amateur mistakes will cause loss of clients.
I'd invest some money in improving your service, and less on responding as fast as possible with unsuitable responses.
The changes might not be trivial, but they are simple/minor changes, you already know the solutions, it's simply a matter of coding them, and they're all mostly coded in already, just adjusting a few variables, not creating whole new functions.
The embeddable reporting needs to be a lot more functional and customisable. The support once again refused to let me use server side code to generate report data myself, to make it appear from our own site. An API or something to allow this would be ideal, else only having minimal control is not good enough. It's very close to being ideal, but until then, it falls short of being able to be used as a serious solution.
Invest more in your business, pay some coders to implement the changes you already know you want to implement, and you will generate much more back now, and prevent loss of annoyed customers like me/not have to deal with as many support complaints

As mentioned in our personal reply to you, we do not offer monthly reports. The reports in the ranking monitor are weekly reports. If you send these reports once per month, the comparison is still to the previous week.

SEOprofiler is a well-engineered product that is used by very many customers. Of course, some customers still want some extra features and changes. In that case, we'll add these features to our to-do list. However, please understand that we cannot make all changes immediately.
I took it on the $1 Trial, and I feel ripped of! It feels like the biggest waste of time. I manually sent out 215 request for links through their system, ugh. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED 1 EMAIL REPLY (in 3 weeks)- BS. Also, the so called "Weekly Report (not 1 report in 3 weeks)
It's the biggest bunch of BS I have ever seen. I like the other persons who have commented, could never get an Email response from their Customer Service, in under 4-5 days-- a joke, and then I got some canned, weak response. To think I would pay $90 a month is insane!

SEOprofiler does not create backlinks automatically. Tools that automatically create backlinks are spam tools that will get your website into trouble.
SEOprofiler only uses so-called white-hat SEO methods that follow Google's guidelines. If you're looking for a "autopilot" SEO tool then SEOprofiler is not the right product for you. These "autopilot" tools have been the target of many Google filters so it is very risky to use them.
If nobody answers to your link requests then there is probably an issue with your website. It might not be good enough to get links yet, it might look spammy, etc. Details can be found in the manual: www.SEOprofiler.com/training/

It depends on your settings if you receive the weekly reports or not. The weekly status report is sent on Mondays, the ranking reports and the website audit reports are also sent on Mondays. Of course, you have to create a project for ranking checks and website audit reports first. Without a project, you won't get these reports.

What SEOprofiler is and what it is not

It seems that you were looking for a fully automated solution. That's not what SEOprofiler is. SEOprofiler is a comprehensive suite of SEO tools that help you to work more efficiently. You still have to work with your web pages.
Automated SEO is not possible. Some tools promise automated solutions but these tools will get your website in trouble as Google classifies them as spam.

They don't really treat you like a customer or really understand that you are actually paying for their services!
They claim they have a crawler and an 'index' but their so-called index got pretty much wiped out on the same day as a google update! How odd! Possible, but it would be a coincidence of biblical proportions to happen on the same day!
Their results showed 80% of the links shown pointing to my site were wiped out, they start to slowly re-appear over the next week! Customer support first doesn't answer then says, "nothing wrong, just a coincidence, nothing to worry about" LOL LOL
I think there are some real questions about the reliability their LIS ranking system, their index, and real problems with support.

The link profiler tool in SEOprofiler reported a major drop in the number of links that point to the customer. That's not the fault of the link profiler tool. Actually, it is the purpose of the link profiler tool to inform you about these issues.
The analyzed website has many links that came from only a handful of different websites. Some of these websites removed the sitewide links. That resulted in a major drop in the total number of links.
All of this was explained in the answered that our support sent to you. L don't understand how this justifies the statement "They don't really treat you like a customer or really understand that you are actually paying for their services."
You received timely customer support and we explained why you received the results. The changes were not caused by SEOprofiler. The repoting tool in SEOprofiler informed you about the changes so that you can react to them.
Though not very nice but informative site. For website analysis it is a good experience.
Awful customer care/support. My wife used the 'trial' version for her site, I then purchase the 'trial' for my site - completely different site and domain etc registered - pay the $1 for the trial and due to my wife using the 'trial' I do not qualify for it - great to see that SEOprofiler class us as the same person and our sites the same! (my wife has a beauty site, my site is designing logos etc). The customer service agents are rude beyond believe. Today I spoke with 'Jennifer Peters' who really needs to be taught some basic customer service skills.
In regards to the package, my wife used the trial of SEOprofiler and apart from the competitor area its not really that good. SEOmoz is far superior to this and they will provide online support and genuine customer care.
I tried it and you can see that is a tool with good potential for the future.
However they lack some basic stuff:
No integrated reports
Reports look really bad quality visually. Bad resolution
They have no way to check all the keywords SERP rankings with the previous months or dates like in every other software. Yu can check it only one keyword at a time! Tell that to your client:)
But is a good tool in the overall.
