I checked off a box for no auto renewal and they charged me anyway. I am battling with them now to get a refund. They are not interested in fixing this problem and are even stalling after I showed proof of the illegal transactions.
The minimum distance you can choose for matches is 100 miles. I live in a large metropolitan area. When I first joined, I was matched with people many hours drive away. When I looked through ten pages of matches and found a handful that were in my area, ALL hadn't been on line for a month or more. When I phoned to cancel, I got a recording to leave a message but the voice mailboxes were full. Email is unresponsive. Oh, and if you're looking for seniors be aware that this site is 30 and above. This is a site to avoid.

Unless you're really good looking or have an exceptionally flattering photo or are under 70, don't bother with this site. At first I was matched with appropriate men in my area. I sent a message to a couple and received no replies. Since then the men responding have been fifteen to twenty years too young. And most live in other states, some in different countries. I'm not really surprised. I've tried a couple of other dating sites and had similar experiences.

I have been on paid for four months. Lots of fake perfect profiles to hook you at the beginning to subscribe. Then the site dries up and few new members.
Most females don't post pictures and wait months between logins. They tag too many profiles as "new" but that have been on the site before I joined.
I rarely get follow up when I follow up on a profile but get a hit from some 30 year old in the Philippines! Sad site, hopeless and I will change sites in early May when subscription ends... stay away...

I've tried 3 different sites, the latest being Seniormatch.com. Activity is so poor compared with the others, I thought my internet was down... Seriously! As much as I thought Ourtime was just so-so, it towers over this one. I read some articles promoting Seniormatch... in retrospect, it was probably SELF promotional hype! So now, I'm giving Zoosk a try. I know... it sounds like Klignon commander's moniker, but what the heck! In the first few days, Zoosk seems to produce a lot of activity. We'll see if it continues. Does anyone know if Michelle Pfeiffer is on one of these sites?

I don't think Senior Match is worth the money. You have to pay to really view people's profiles. There are a number of other free dating sites like OK Cupid that I think are better. Also if I were going to pay, I think I'd pay for Match.com (which I confused with SeniorMatch when I first signed up).
