Have not yet received any products/services yet, as the policy does not go into effect until 01/01/2020. Based on our dealings so far, I would expect to have no problems in that regard.
I worked with Tammy Ballard. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to get a new medigap plan with over a $200.00 savings per year over my previous plan with the same benefits. I have recommended many of my relatives and friends contact Ms Ballard when they are preparing to retire or just need more affordable senior medical insurance. I first worked with her in 2016 when I was preparing to retire and needed senior medical insurance for my now deceased husband. She made everything easy and we didn't have to worry about medical bills in his final months.
My current premiums had gone up and was beginning to think I needed to look into an HMO. Luckily for me, I discovered this site. The agent I was connected to was able to find me a rate that allowed me to keep my medicare supplemental plan. I could not be happier.
Jordan Fair is/was a very nice person to talk with. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I had chosen the right plan! He is a wonderful asset to your business!

I have called three times and left messages and an email and have not been called back. I know you are busy...but my question has not been answered. I don't know if I have Part D Medication Plan for this Supplemental Plan. I don't know how to find out you help me with this or if I have to get it on my own.

My heartfelt thanks for Senior Health Care Direct and the expertise and help I received during the Medicare enrollment period. I needed to change my supplement insurance policy because the price was going up and up! Also needed to change my Plan D for drugs for the same reason. I tried on my own to sort through the bewildering offers and information from companies, but it was impossible! Thankfully, I found your organization and your kind staff, and solutions for my needs. Answer: Someone answers the phone promptly. The issue is the lack of knowledge and assumptions drawn by the people answering the phone. They usually take over the conversation instead of listening. Then draw an irrelevant conclusion. Look
