This is the mostly useless Dropshipping company. They are only interested in Taking your money. They don't care to fix any issue but are only interested in Sending over 10emails daily to you to buy their product. They hardly respond to emails or phone calls and even if they eventually reply your emails after several weeks. It's basically a generic response. They don't care

I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter with Sellvia to raise awareness and protect others from falling into the same trap. Sellvia presented itself as a dropshipping ally, but in reality, they are a deceptive facade that profits from selling underperforming storefronts to sell fake promotions on them and services they never deliver.
Initially, I was enticed by their polished pitch and invested over $2000 in their 'Gold Package', which claimed to provide comprehensive storefront management and promotion and marketign. However, the reality was far from what was promised. Sellvia failed to deliver on its promise of promotion, only adding a couple of blog posts to my website that bring no traffic and need to be promoted themselves.
Not only are their practices questionable, but their pricing strategies are also misleading and fraudulent. I discovered that the same package I purchased at a premium price is actually sold for $500, revealing a significant $1500 difference. This financial manipulation is shown across their business practice.
Sellvia targets individuals who believe in their vision of a successful online business. They sell underperforming storefronts, creating an illusion of potential success, only to later use your dissatisfaction as an opportunity to upsell additional services. I must emphasize that I never saw any results from these services.
When you want to contact them, they don't have phones or ways of speaking to a person, and they will send random emails offering the same product the never implemented to solve your problem.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.

I tried the 14-day free trail with Sellvia. Before I started, I was told through text (which I still have) that they could get my customers their product in 1-3 business days! I had an order that was placed the day my online store opened. In those two weeks, the customer didn't receive their item. When I wrote them and told them (and showed them what I was told), their reply was that what I was told wasn't true! No, sorry, you were lied to or sorry that they had just ruined my name and brand with customers. I would stay far away from Sellvia! They aren't worth it, and they think it's okay to make you look like a liar to your customers, and they won't fix it!

The concept of high-ticket dropshipping is so cool that I couldn't resist it! I've had a Sellvia store for almost a year. During this time, my engagement with the store varied between being quite active and having to pause due to work and family commitments. Naturally, sales happened when I put effort into promotion, and during these periods, I managed to balance between breaking even and making a small revenue. My idea with high-ticket was to breathe new life into my store and motivate me to finally work on it daily. I bought the Gold package as soon as it was launched and received the email in late December. And... just the day before yesterday, I sold my first chandelier! This is truly motivating, yeehaw!

I failed when I started my own dropshipping store 2 years ago. I sold things I thought would sell but they didn't. Now I see I was selling some crappy cheap stuff so it's no surprise. Just remind yourself that's ok when you overestimate your possibilities. Still, I thought that dropshipping is the quickest and safest opportunity to make money compared to other types of entrepreneurship and if it's hard to figure out everything by yourself you can always seek for some support. If you do any sort of business just learn how to fail and move on. That's why I turned to Sellvia, because they do the research, they do the site for you, they handle the marketing etc. It's very convenient and this way it's easier to achieve great results without a lot of hard work. I do not recommend anyone use this platform. I have been building an E-Commerce business for over 2 years and I was finally accepted to sell at Walmart.com marketplace and that is what I concentrated on. They are very strict with their policies so any cancelled orders or late shipping are strikes against you. Well, that is what happened with Sellvia. They would take my orders only to cancel them saying out of stock or they would not ship on time. The other day Walmart shut me down for too many strikes against me. 2 years and thousands of dollars later, my business failed. I contacted Sellvia and they said they were changing warehouses and it would not happen again. At this point I was still able to sell at Walmart, then the next 3 out of five orders were canceled by them due to being out of stock. Why would they take my order and then cancel it? Long story short, Walmart shut me down and I lost my business and I am now looking for a job. There are better drop shippers out there. I filed a complaint with BBB and requested a refund for all the money I paid them and all I got was an apology. Thanks for nothing Sellvia.
